There are no refunds or exchanges on bulk products if the product ordered matches the product delivered. This includes but is not limited to all mulch, sand, and soil. For deliveries - inspect the product before it is off-loaded and contact us if you require a different product (a second delivery charge may apply).
Weed growth - our soil blends are living soils (not Sterile) and have a topsoil component. It is rare to get weed seeds in the blends, but it is possible in any Local soil supplier Garden Soil blends. Therefore, there is no 100%gaurantee on each garden blend or screened loam Product being Completely weed seed free.
Soil ammendments such as compost, Garden Booster, peat moss and sand do,however, have a gaurantee of no weed seeds. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
